Kilkenny’s Hidden Medieval Gems including Lunch in a Castle Kitchen.

Kilkenny’s Hidden Medieval Gems including Lunch in a Castle Kitchen.

I grew up living beside Ballybur Castle while my family restored it from ruins. We have spent years lovingly rebuilding it, sympathetic to its 16th Century roots. We now let it out to people staying but often have people passing through that would love to experience its majesty. So together with 2 other local experts we have created Kilkenny’s Hidden Medieval Gems. I adore sharing our life’s work with others who are excited by history, culture and tales of the past.

Describe your experience from beginning to end, in the order you’ll do the activities
